International Digital Film Festival Kinofest (Festivalul International de Film Digital Kinofest) was founded in 2007 by Valentin Partenie.
Kinofest promotes the new wave of films, and the independent productions. The contest brings together some of the most impressive directors, animators, producers, graphic-designers, media artists and musicians from all over the world.

PROGRAMME
S
Kinofest
is organised in various sections, some competitive, and some non-competitive:
The Competition has three sections and takes place in the main event of the festival. The winners (one for each section) is designated by the juries. The films presented in the competition are the finalists of a preliminary selection from all the submited films.
FICTION
ANIMATION
MICROMOVIE
The Off-concours section presents many films, in a non-competitiv screening. The projected films are awarded films, but, from various reasons, they couldn't be present in the competition.
